Your response disappoints me. It is obvious that your quality control leaves a lot to be desired. A bucket is a precious commodity around here, where often we have to go up hills to fetch pails of water, sometimes with disastrous consequences.
The warranty has indeed expired but this does not excuse your shoddy customer service. You leave me with no option but to contact the BBC's Watchdog programme where you will be asked patronising questions by a tartily dressed former newsreader between items about widows who were missold chicken feed.
